Maker and Tutor of Traditional Baskets and Sculpture
Inspired by Lancashire's rich cultural and natural heritage
I makeTraditional techniques learnt from renown basket-makers are used to make a classic range and a collection of unique quality baskets, designed and made with organic homegrown Lancashire and Somerset willow.
|
I createThe sculptures are inspired by the natural heritage of Lancashire and are made of willow and locally sourced upcycled wood. Larger sculptures incorporate a metal frame made in collaboration with a local metal fabricator.
|
I constructThe living willow structures pay homage to the willow tree and the qualities that enable it to be manipulated and shaped to produce functional and fun structures that will grow organically over time.

Julie also hosts Pip Cottage Workshops and attends Markets, Fairs and Events
